Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine addressed the Leaders of the Local Self-Government with the Appeal to Submit their Propositions regarding Taxation and Budget Codes as Soon as Possible.
In the course of the plenary meetings of the Conciliate Council on Local Self-Government Matters that was held on Thursday in Livadia Palace (Yalta city), V. Lytvyn declared that the last term for introduction of the complex of the documents regarding Taxation and Budget Codes is supposed to be first ten days of June
According to V. Lytvyn "before 9 July we are supposed to adopt the decision." "I deems it necessary to concentrate on the Budget and Taxation Codes. Otherwise next year would be lost again", he stated.
V. Lytvyn emphasised that the regional councils are supposed to submit their proposition to the bills elaborated by the Government "it is supposed to be done together with the regional state administrations."
V. Lytvyn is convinced that such postpositions may be elaborated during one week and 26-27 May they are supposed to be directed to the Government.
